| In summer, it`s nice to tone the triceps and biceps for those sleeveless tops. Try adding a chaturanga pushup into each vinyasa. After you come down to chaturanga, push back up into plank then return to chaturanga again. Do it a few times if you can! |

| I like doing yoga.I have taken a training wiht guru. Don't start yoga without guru.If not done ruliwise it is dangerous. |
