Hi
I dont know if the information I got is true, yet I would like to share it here. It's about the death of google adsense. I myself am doubtful about it, but the author of the book has written quite openly about his comments. After reading through this thread about getting paid petty cash by adsense, I am wondering if what he (the author) says could be true. Those who are interested can access the report here:
http://www.thedeathofadsense.com/cgi-bin/go.cgi/22086

Please read and update here about your comments on the same. If the report is false, then we could help save google adsense by some joint effort/ campaign.

I dont agree with that writer.
Adsense is the most popular and best cpc programme.
I am using adsense since 3 years and making good money from it.

How are places like Gawker and Problogger earning enough to make a living them? That doesn't make sense.

I was introduced to forumbooster.net through a friend but I am really new to all of this. I was not aware that you can make money online in this fashion. I have learned a lot in one day from my fellow boosters. It seems the google adsense is working for some people and I am going to try it and come back and tell you about my experience.

I just added adsense to my web log, and more than anything it's forcing me to create new posts as often as I can in order to drive traffic to my site so that I can get more eyeballs on the page.
I'm also happy to have that on my site so that I"m familiar with how to use it. I do web design as a hobby, and I'd like to offer that option to the people whose sites I work on.

Adsense can be a good thing to have on your forum or website if it is done properly. I really dislike those sites that have it plastered all over there website with no thought or consideration. Adsense is brilliant when it is blended into the site properly in key locations.

I highly doubt that Adsense is dying any time soon. It is too profitable for Google. In fact, even though they are expanding to include their ecommerce shops and payment processor, etc. Google Adsense is a big chunk of who they are.

I certainly hope Google Adsense does not disappear! I use it on almost all of my websites to make money.

I have Google Adsense for my www-dot-allaboutthebenjamins-dot-com website. So far, I've gotten about $18 in activity in the past three months. Then again, my site is a baby to toddler in terms of growth--maybe 200 hits a day.

What annoys me about Adsense is I can't exclude certain topics from appearing.

They make money from Adsense because they have been working with the program for a while, assuming their success hasn't been exaggerated.

I have never used Adsense, and never will, so the program is dead for me. Their regular changes in their TOS increase the amount of effort needed to reach the minimum pay out, slowly excluding owners of small sites!

I have never used adsense but have done some reading up on it. It appears to me that even if you have traffic to your sites--if people aren't clicking, you aren't going to make any money.

How do you get people to click without telling them to click?

Adsense is just a big thing know--I would think people would know and click just to help others out but that doesn't really happen for the most part.

I wonder how people make the big dollars. I wonder if those are the people that started with adsense when it first came out.

Well to be honest I can tell what are ads and what are not. I would not click on something that is a ad unless it really interests me.This could be the reason that Google might not be the solution for may people but many people I personally know make 3-4 dollars a day. This is a pretty good rate to make pocket change.
