A good way to make a lot of money from your website or forum is to sell banner ads on your site.
There are a ton of free banner managers that you can obtain to keep track of stats for your clients.
How to Start Selling Banner Ads:
When you first want to sell banner ads you need to know your websites stats such as page views hits and unique hits.
Once you know these numbers you can go and try to find some clients.
At first you need to start selling ads space at a low price.
You can sell ad space by time ie. Monthly or you can sell it by Impressions.
As your sites grows you can rais the price per month or 1000 ipressions slowly because you will have a nice base of clients who are willing to pay. |

Hello, I've been using phpAdsNew to manage my banner campaigns during the last three years; however, I haven't sold banners using it yet. I just used it for inserting banners for my site in other people's sites. I just gave them some code to put in their HTML and I could change the banner from phpAdsNew.
The application is quite solid, easy to install and use.
Now I'm working in one site where I will sell ad space and will continue using phpAdsNew to manage my inventory and give access to advertisers to review statistics.
What I don't have, yet, is a good idea of how much I would charge for ad space. I know it depends on traffic, quality of my site and audience, but I'm still working on it. Any ideas on this subject would be appreciated.

Hey thanks a lot for the phpAdsNews link.
Is there any community or website where we can offer our adspace along with cost, or being more specific a place where webmasters can seek advertisers for their websites?
A place where advertisers post their requirements and if any webmaster finds his site is satisfying the criterion then he can contact the advertiser ?
If you know of any such sites for banner advertisements please let me know. |
