Hi! I'm new to the site and am looking forward to finding out what it's all about. I'm anxious to spread my wealth of useless information throughout the web--and get paid for it! Sounds like fun...

Actually, I do have a question, and I haven't yet found the thread that explains it fully (just bits and pieces). Coincidentally, this question would also be my fifth post.
Is there a point at which we can tell administrators about our "areas of expertise," or do we wait for announcements or invitations to assignments? It seems like it would be useful to you guys to have a list of topics we know about, especially if they're not related to our past careers.
Thanks! And sorry if this is answered two posts down and I missed it. _________________ Monica |

in your initial email that you send you should write down your interests and areas of expertise - however, that's no guarantee that you'll *only* be assigned to forums that you're going to be experienced in.
it's a great chance to learn, I'll tell you that!
any more questions, shout out!
