Hi everyone,
Hope everyone's okay. I hope you have recieved the email that we sent regarding the payment issue. In case some of you has not read it yet, here's the email's content:
Hi Everyone,
I\'d like to take a moment to explain the payment situation, as many of our valued
writers have been inquiring as to the status.
We have had a lot of fraud in our system lately, as our previous email mentioned.
Because of this, we have had to be extra cautious lately with how we pay writers, to
make sure we don\'t pay anyone that doesn\'t deserve it. This in turn, is a huge
effort on our part because we have to spot check forums, writers and posts to ensure
quality.
We are very sorry if any of this has caused a delay in some of your getting paid,
and would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that all legitimate
writers will always get paid. That is how it was been for over 2 years with
ForumBooster, and that is how it will always be.
On a related note, we are transitioning away from ForumBooster to our new site,
ContentCurrent.com. With this new site we have ensured that there will never be any
late or invalid payments by building in controls. Your posts will be verified by
our clients, and over time, highly rated writers will receive better rankings on our
site. Our goal is to eliminate fraud, and in turn, make it better for all of our
valued clients and writers.
Please expect any delayed payments shortly, and again, we apologize for any
inconvenience. We look forward to continuing our relationship with all of you.
Thanks,
ForumBooster.NET/ContentCurrent.com
I hope everything's clear. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask.
Thanks,
Hermie |

Hi Hermie,
Do you have an idea when the payments will be released? If it will be this week, next week, or a week after next? So we'll know what to expect.
Thank you.

| Thanks so much for letting us know. My husband was just laid off last week and this will help out some. Thanks again for keeping us informed. |

Oh I am so sorry to know that. I read about one of the husbands in one of the forums but I did not think it was real. |

| What bothers me about this explanation is that I don't even do forum boosting--I work strictly as a content writer--so why would this effect MY payment when I don't require any of the additional spot-checking? I have already signed up for some work on the new site, and I truly hope they're right about the payments being fully automated. Fingers crossed! |

I'll second what cobanerd said. How is it that the content writers are being more severely affected with payments than the forum boosters? _________________ I write full-time for a living. It's easier than you think!

It's Tuesday.
No payment.
And no response on my THREE support ticket items either.... _________________ I write full-time for a living. It's easier than you think!
