Hi,
First post and a complaint as well. I have the very same problem as the poster here in this section. The trial boost data in my control panel says its complete, but infact its not.
I've only received 2 actual posts and not the 15 stated within the control panel data shown.
I've sent a message to support but so far no reply.
If this is the kind of business Im going to get from ForumBooster, Im glad I didnt pay for the top package and tested you guys out with a trail.
If this is not fixed or corrected asap I'll take my business elsewhere.
Regards |

So sorry to hear that. I'll find ways to contact the admin. Hoping that things will be alright. _________________ "Word is not enough to reveal your heart and to describe your love because action speaks louder than word." |

If you like, I'd be happy to open a ticket to admin - the email addresses seem to be having issues right now.
Hang in there - I know they were having some issues with site upgrades/feature upgrades, so here's hoping it's a server issue and nothing more serious.
Hopefully this will be sorted for you quickly.

I've sent a support request via the ticket system and so far not received a single reply or any help. I'll take this has a sign of the way ForumBoost is run and handled here and take my business elsewhere.
I'll also put in a dispute via Paypal, see if that makes any waves.

I'm sorry to hear that as well. I know that most of us only record what we actually do. I am hoping it is some sort of glitch.
I can see that it doesn't look good when no one responds to the tickets. I think they are super busy and very behind.
I hope someone answers soon. |

Hi Realist,
I put in a support request ticket as well and I received a reply just now. I hope this means you've received your response now too. They assure me they're working on your issue.
I hope this helps. _________________ I write full-time for a living. It's easier than you think!

Hi there,
I apologize for the late reply.I'll be investigating on this matter and if ever we find any mistakes or false posts claimed, then we'll refund the money to your account and give you a discount on some of our services as well, as compensation for the inconvenience. I hope you'll bear with us for a bit longer, I'll try my best to resolve this as soon as possible.
Could you give me your name and email and your order number as well?
THanks,
Hermie |
