Hi! I was just wondering how many of you work at home moms and dads have college degrees? OR are currently pursuing a degree?
I have came across a lot of work from home jobs where they require you to have a degree.
I will be getting my bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice in December and I was just wondering does having a higher education level have an effect on finding a job from home. Do you think it helps? OR the combination of skills and education?
What is your opinion? |

I am a very strong proponent of education - and yes, I have been a WAHD - but I don't like the idea of a tied-down kind of an education system. Education is something for a person to learn new ideas and things, but to get a degree or an associate certificate. I have been making a good living by working at home, though I am not a graduate. Education has taught me a lot, but not earned me any graduate degrees, and I don't intend to earn one for the heck of earning it. There are several projects on the Net that need you to be a graduate and they want you to prove your credentials, but there are tons out there that don't. Therefore, be a "Bachelor in Knowledge," not a Bachelor in Engineer, Commerce, Arts, or anything. _________________ A good word is better than silence and silence is better than evil talks! |
