I have a couple of assigned forums that look like it will take at least 20 minutes for me to gather enough information for the topic, assuming that information is on the website associated with the forum.

How do you handle these, considering the pay rate? Do you come back to them when you are done with posts that flow easily for you? Do you set aside one day a week to do these more demanding forums?

I am new to this site but, I do a lot of articles on areas I'm unfamiliar with. I basically gather up four or five sites with information on the topic and store the addresses in a word document until I have time. That way I split the time needed to research and write the article.

I just take things one at a time and try not to get overwhelmed. I try to take care of what is important first than move on to the smaller things. Organization for me is essential to keeping my time managed. I keep lists, calenders and write messages to myself so I can keep up with all the tasks at hand. I try not to take on too much and give myself plenty of "me" time to keep myself motivated.

It might take a little extra time to do this, but just think...you are learning about a new topic every time, and to me, that's worth the time that it takes to research and post. Just my .02.

While I haven't started work around here just yet, I do agree with what a previous poster said: organization is key. It helps you break up your jobs into little chunks so they seem much easier to deal with as time goes along, and you feel more like you're accomplishing something rather than busy being overwhelmed.

That is also what I will do. Gathering information is an important step for writing purpose.

In the past I have gathered info on a few topics one night and then the next night i post on all the forums. It makes things easier and switches up the work and reading.

I'm just new to this site so I really cannot manage my time first in exploring this site.

Although I am new to the forumbooster experience, I have written for the last 3 1/2 years for online content providers.

I typically try not to get too far ahead and focus directly on the topic at hand. I gather information for that days topics and write immediately on them. I have found that if I try to work too far ahead many of the topics I work with have changing information and I have to go back and research again.

I look for reliable sites that hold original information. So many sites repeat the same information. I try my best not to be one of those writers.
