Do you watch Series?
Why do you think it's enteraining?

I personally like to see action in a film/series, which gives adrenaline, where you can imagine that you're in the Series's created world, you know things that other characters don't know.

I watch House MD, Stargate: Atlantis, I find both interesting and exciting, with a more than great storyline.

What about you?

Well, I watch TV a lot, in the background, but I really only sit down for a number of shows.

Dexter - Showtime original series. GREAT show about a serial killer who works as a blood splatter forensics expert for the Miami PD. He has a 'code' he lives by, and hunts down killers who escape the justice system for one reason or another and eliminates them.

TrueBlood - New HBO series, has a lot of promise. (Damn them for putting it in the same slot as Dexter! Thankfully I have DVR, so it's not an issue) It's basically a pseudo-reality where Vampires exist, and the development of a new drink - "Trublood" - has allowed them to integrate into society.

South Park - Near perfection in comedy, in my opinion. I can't say I was very comfortable with their latest episode though.. very, uh, vivid imagery... /shrug

Heroes - Cheesy acting, constant 'save the world' plots, and a tad convoluted with the time travel and what not, but it's fun to watch.

The Soup - VERY funny show, especially if you hate reality/talk shows. Takes all the idiotic things done over the week on those types of shows (and others) and makes fun of them. Very Happy

24 - Ridiculous, Bauer (sp?) is like a God. He's unkillable. But it's damn good fun to watch. Smile

I am a big fan of TV Series and at present time I'm loyal to these:

Heroes - I think it's a fantastic show and although lots of people say that it's going downhill, I totally disagree with that.

Entourage - A faithful view of the Hollywood way of life presented with a laugh.

Dexter - I never thought it was possible to love a psycopath, but if you are a regular watcher of this show you will be in love with one too.

One Tree Hill - A forbidden pleasure. The kind of show that people of my age don't like to admit they love to watch, but never miss an episode.

My Name is Earl - Just for the laughs...

I don't have a lot of time to watch tv but, every week, i spend a few hours to see my favourite shows. "Dexter", "Desperate Housewives", "House", "Heroes", "Prison Break", "Smallville" and "Fringe" are some of the ones that i normally see and recommend to everyone.

I enjoy a few different series. House MD is a major one, as well as Law & Order: CI and SVU, I also like animated series like Family Guy.

I like House mainly because he reminds me alot of myself, comes off as a sarcastic smartass but really means good at heart. Plus there is some things he says or does that makes me giggle, plus the show really makes you think and try to figure out what is going on with the patient.

Law & Order is just plain addictive. I started watching it a few months back and now I can't stop. Trying to figure out who did it and why just gets me going. I think I like solving the puzzles that they present.

Family Guy is just dumb comedy really, I'm pretty sure that is why I'm into it. Sometimes it is just fun to laugh especially at something that maybe doesn't always make sense. That is what's funny about it though just the stupidity of it all is too much to handle lol.

I watch Lost. I love that show. It's been a very interesting series so far. I have been in Hawaii and seen some of the sets they film at too. I think they have moved most of the sets onto private Hawaiian land now so I don't think anyone is going to get a peek at things unless they are invited or working on the show.

Grey's Anatomy is another show I will watch or tape if I am busy writing. I have watched it from the beginning and I love the multiple stories that take place each week. I do feel sorry for Meredith. She seems to be a very confused woman! Love all the "Mc" guys too.

Love CSI too. My favorite one is CSI Miami...love the attitude of the guy in charge!

I don't watch much prime time television. The sitcoms with the canned laughter are horrible. Most of the drama shows like CSI bring death and gore to our living rooms. If I watch anything during prime time, it's mostly news programs like Countdown With Kieth Olberman, or discovery science shows.

I did catch ABC's "Life on Mars" last Thursday evening and found it to be an entertaining and original show. A veritable diamond in a pile of dirt.

I really like Pushing Daisies...it is almost like a Dr. Seuss book for television. I also like Burn Notice on USA...check it out if you haven't seen it.

It seems like many of us like the same TV shows. My favorite TV show is Dexter. I’ve been a fan since season one. The show just keeps getting better. I’ve also read the books. The books were great, but the show doesn’t follow them closely.

True blood is also a new favorite of mine. I was lucky to catch a marathon of the show. I’m very impatient when I get into a new show. I’ve started reading the books True Blood is based on. The show follows the books very closely so far. There are several books. I think the show will on for a while.

Another favorite of mine is Nip/Tuck. I’m happy that it will be back for a new season in January. It’s going to be a short season. From my understanding, the new season is made up of shows left over from last season’s contract. They aren’t able to resume shooting because of the writer’s strike.

Weeds has been a long time favorite too. I missed most of the last season. I’ll catch up on the later. Outside of these shows, I don’t watch many new television shows. I love reruns of old shows like Designing Women, Golden Girls, King of the Hell, The Simpsons, and Charmed.

I've recently gotten into quite a few TV Series. I went through a period of time where I hardly watched anything. Now, within the past month or two, I've become interested in a lot! Here are some of my favorites:

Grey's Anatomy
90210 Embarassed (Cut me some slack, I'm a huge fan of the original one!)
Privileged
Lipstick Jungle
