Call Center Industry...

What is Call center? Call Center is like any other office environment where you will find people talking on the phones and working with computers. It is the fastest growing industry in the land right now. Today's graduates are vey much involved with this kind of work. But what is good and bad about htis oppotunity?You people can post your comments or viloent reactions about this matter.

oh... Call Center?

Well others could say that call center workers have social life and easy to work; well, maybe its true but a little bit coz they have a much salary compare local company, other say thats a very nice job.. (Oh... but its a hard coz u have a lots of calls including incoming and outgoing to be solve of subs problem. dealing for it you should have to think and be wise esp if subs is an irate...., its so tired for me, emails oh my God.. you should have to reply it.. )

thats why i wanna quit..........

I worked at call center before. I can say that it's not an easy work! I was a technical support representative so my calls were very difficult. Some of my calls lasted for more than 2 hours. Can you imagine that?

I resigned from work because I just want to work at home instead. I just can't stand being shouted at. I don't care about the salary, I just want to be my own boss.

VCC Agent is also known as Virtual Call Center Agent and i am one, i work for a company called LiveOps, and i work from home. One has to apply, interview, pass some certifications, have high speed internet, and the proper computer equipment. The work is tedious, but the benefits outweigh the ngatives. I quite like it.

I was thinking of looking into becoming a Virtual Call Center Agent a little while ago. Do you find the ay is good? Is the interview process a difficult one?

I currently work in a call center. I actually enjoy it. I've done customer service, sales, market research and collections. The pay isn't bad for the work involved and I don't find it very stressful.

As it pertains to forums and marketing, I've found it's a good way to get a base of forum posters if you're thinking of starting a forum. You already have a network of people who socialize, so it's a great "starter package" for new forums.

I love call centers because it is a very intresting job in todays world .Sitting on a chair and attending calls from people is a pleasure for me.I love it because it gives a good platform for communicating with different types of people all around the world.
