Advertising is made easy by using searh engine submitters but its hard to know which one to purchase.Does anyone know anything about searchengine submitter?

I do not think they are all that effective. I have used a few in the past and my site does not get indexed any faster then if I just let my page get naturally found. I do not suggest you purchasing any script to submit your site.
