I do hope you pick me for a position! I also do Amazon Mechanical Turk work but would love to make more. This looks like it pays much more for what I've already been doing.

( I picture a little kid standing on the playground screaming PICK ME! PICK ME! LOL! I did a lot of that when I was a kid!)

I'm excited to find this opportunity.

Indeed I can write and do so everyday. I have to write to be happy. Some people say that makes me a writer. To them I say, "Not until I get paid for doing it" Very Happy

I see that many of you found this opportunity through Craigslist. My husband and I were just talking about it the other day. We have used it many times- to buy, sell, and also for marketing. I am glad that they have kept the site simple. Last year we had a tornado go through our area and CL was also very helpful as the community was banding together to arrange help for the victims.

The job fulfillment is much greater, though. When I finish a piece, I'm a lot prouder and happier than any project at any day job I've ever held. And I can work from anywhere, rather than from a cubicle at an office.

And another thing about blog writing that sticks out to me is that I can be the judge of my own work (although you all have the chance to comment) I don't have someone tearing apart my thoughts and feelings. I had a bad experience once doing some writing for someone and they sent it to a bunch of people to look at it and said they didn't like it without giving me the opportunity to make changes or anything. Then they still wanted to pay me for it, but have the ability to pretty much change all of it without me seeing the finished product. Anyway- I digress...yeah for paid forums!!

I look forward to the opportunity to becoming a paid forum poster for ForumBooster. I work as an advisor to small business. I primarily work with owners to develop innovative ways to market their business. While I'm trying to grow the business into a full time venture, I am looking for opportunities to suppliment my income. This seems to be a great way to start.

I love to write and love to comment on forums, so this looks like the perfect opportunity to me. I've been wanting to start my own blog (or blogs) and need to get used to the discipline of writing every day. Trying to make as much money on ForumBooster as possible will surely get me in the habit - wish me luck!

I applied and waited 48 hours, as instructed, but I did not receive a response. I decided to return and read the instructions again. I found that I was to post five times in this forum, so I'm completing that task now. I move and travel quite a bit for work, so I'm glad to find work opportunities that are flexible and mobile!

Moving and traveling - ah, yes! My wife and I move and travel quite a bit, too. We're relocating to West Bengal, India, we're 'Permanent Residents' of Hong Kong, we have a son in Canada (my home) and three sons in the UK (my wife's home). Like you, we're very interested in "opportunities that are flexible and mobile".

Hope this opportunity works for both of us.

Like Megan in New Zealand, "Actually, until this morning - I'd never even heard of it. "

A helpful soul referred me to this site - as a good place to begin, a place that had "worked" for her over the past couple of years.

I'm looking forward to meeting more of those helpful kinds of people

This is an intriguing idea, because I've seen a lot of "ghost town" forums. They start with a whimper, twitch for a while, and then they die. You need a small group of active posters before your forum can evolve into a vibrant community.

I think I'd like to help encourage forums to grow and become active communities.

"Ghost town" forums - an interesting way of putting it. I've mainly used forums in university course settings. Such foums work in short bursts when courses are first beginning and students are feeling uncertain and in need of support. Once everyone's busy and confidently cramming to meet deadlines, they tend to fizzle. The main exceptions to this occur when continued postings are an 'assessed' portion of the course.

It will be interesting to find forums which roll own with their own 'inspired' momentum.

Please post 5 sample topics or replies on THIS FORUM

I'm actually confused about what you meant when you said THIS FORUM. Does it mean this particular subforum (Jobs at ForumBooster. net) or the entire Forum Booster instead. But to be on the safe side, I'll post my first 5 posts in the Jobs at ForumBooster. net forum.

This is a little confusing to me as well since this one particular forum doesn’t really test any of the necessary aspects needed from a writer that specifically goes and boosts other forums.

If the company wanted to see more of an actual writing style they should create dummy topics for applicants to post on based on what they claim to be their areas of expertise or interest. This way they could see if they can write, if they can stay on topic and if they actually do know something about their areas of expertise.

I am glad that I am not the only one that noticed this though J

Were on the same boat buddy! This is also my confusion. I've been posting replies to other topics. I wonder now if I can already apply for a forum booster writer. I hope I can find a clarification here somewhere as I am still browsing the forum and the whole site actually.

This one interested me - an opportunity to respond to a set of nested quotes.

I was able to avoid the confusion because the person who referred me to ForumBooster, directed me to this page. A reading of some of the postings let me know that I should begin by reading the instructions carefully. I hope this works.

Are any of you - my predecessors ("Lorence", "Saviorofcamelot", or "Astraea") still posting on ForumBoosters?

Enjoying this place already, even though I haven't been accepted. I will devote all my time to a great place like this, and will be really glad to. Once again I'm stuck with the thought that I will actually start receiving money to share thoughs. Smile And will be certainly happy to.

Yeah, "Envoy14", it IS fun in its way, isn't it.

Once I've 'done' the requisite five postings in this forum, I'll peruse other forums to see where I want to head first - once I've been approved.

[Here's hoping!]

Had a look at your website, pkchukiss. Impressive! Surprised As I'm currently in Hong Kong I thought it would be interesting to see what a 'neighbour' in Singapore was up to. Hope your various ventures go well.

I love the idea of posting for cash. I've been posting on my own blog for four years, and on other blogs and forums going back to 1996, and I've yet to make a dime. I do it because I love to, plus I've met many good friends in the process.

Great website and idea. Hope to join soon.

I found this website by engine searching with Google. I am pleased to know that people can work from home without the animosity of paying large amounts of money up front. From what I can tell, Forum Booster is a great way to pick up extra income. The work seems to be easily explained and does not appear to be overwhelming. I think anyone who can read "see Dick chase Jane", should give this a shot. The application for employment is very simple and requires very little information. I think I am well on my way to a new career.

Hi there I just recently joined and applied. I really hope I'll be considered for the job since I love to write a lot and it comes to me quite easily. I can pretty much write about anything and it all comes naturally to me.

Hi, this is Markus from Sweden.

I love the idea of posting for cash. I've been running my own website for over a year now and I can't describe how important it is for me to help other persons. I've been posting on other blogs and forums going back to 1999. I do it because I love to, plus I've met many good friends in the process.

I really want to be of benefit to mankind, It doesn't matter what it takes.
Writing comes naturally to me and I really think I can do some good.
I won't give up until I've found a final solution of the problem/question.

I'm Judy from Pennsylvania, USA. I just heard about this site today on MyLot. I've been posting there for just a month and I've got over 600 posts, so, yes, I can post frequently. Smile

I also just found Mechanical Turk today, and it does seem like you don't get paid very much for the jobs you do. It's also a bit difficult to navigate and find things you are qualified to do or interested in doing. This sounds much more like something I could handle.
