Does it bother you when you go to one of your assigned forums and its full of massive replies from one poster with no new threads started? I realize we are paid to post but I try to limit how many posts I make per forum so that other boosters will get a chance and the forum won't be boosted too quickly. Its highly annoying to see about 40 replies that have been done within a couple of hours.

We're supposed to keep a 7:1 ratio when replying, and making posts. The over replying annoys me almost as bad as when I see someone using shorthand, or typing in all lowercase letters.

As a forum owner, thank you. I bought the enterprise boost less than a week ago and its more than half of the 700 posts already. I had to ask someone to cool it because they had 66 posts in less than 2 days. I was hoping to get a few more members out of the boost, but the posts are going by so fast.

Some do seem to post to every single thing even if they have no idea what they are talking about with an answer of " I agree" or yes.

No, the forum(in my original post) where there were 40 replies by the one person. They were still posting there and their total for that forum today is probably around 60.

We do have a minimum word count when it comes to replies. I don't remember it right now, but I know for a fact that it's more than 1 or 2 words.

That is nothing more then a result of someone who really doesn't care about the quality of their posts, and are just trying to boost their numbers. Also, it shows the fact that they've never spent any time on this forum after their five posts and read the FAQ, etc... that are posted here for our benefit.

I post 10 posts daily on any given forum. no more, no less. Of these 10 posts, 3 are threads started by me. Sometimes, I'm the only poster, and it's normal that the forum shows that I've replied to 7 threads, one after the other. I have yet to see someone post 60 posts in 2 hours, that's pretty bad.

I've never posted that many at a time, the most is 15 posts and a couple of new threads in one day. I only meant to make 14 posts then but miscounted. I do think I made about 20 with appropiate amount of threads last week, hoping to get the last few posts in order to get paid. But I do try to not flood a forum- it's just rude.

I agree. I see it daily as well. I try my best to seek out the threads with the least amount of replies to post to just to try and get it going so occasionally I can go a little more than I intended but I do my best to back off the following day.

As a booster I too am frustrated by those posting simply to increase their numbers and ignoring the quality and content of their posts. If someone posted 100 posts in 1 day (not wonderful to a forum owner which I try to keep in mind at all times) but they are good relevant threads and posts I do not think too much on it because of the quality and in the long run it still is beneficial to have those topics- I just try to only post a time or two to counter the massive amounts posted by others- but lately I am not seeing these posts and threads being quality and often not even relevant to the site.

I actually just emailed admin because I noticed some people have not been paying attention to the notes in the side box of our booster page where some sites have specifically requested only posts in certain areas or only so many posts per day per booster. There really needs to be an email to send in complaints and concerns without having to fill up the main admin email.

I agree. We should have a means to communicate faster with the admin, maybe a hidden forum for requests, complaints etc.

I agree- I always look at the side notes and I follow them. I have seen one person posting a lot to each forum- every day.

I am active-- and I try to space out my posts- if something really interests me- I'm all over it- I try to remember to get off the forum....

I think some people need to reread the rules-

Quality posts ~ not garbage!
