Generally Forum Owners Spam on other Forums to Advertise and Get Members to their own Forums.
This is one Kind of Advertising but in a wrong way 
If you are Hosting a Warez Board the Password protect your Files with the Forums Name and add a README.html file that creates a SHortcut to your Forum
So when some other Forum leeches from warez boards they automatically advertise the warez Board and everyone knows that warez boards get Famous very early and easily
So this is one way for Warez Forums  |

sparming is not good. THat is a wrong way of doing advertisement. SO think twice before troubling the frens.. |
