| I have been thinking of starting a forum for my business. It would be a part of my website, but provide an opportunity for customers and potential customers to talk to one another as well as to interact with me. Do you run your own forum that is like this format? |

| Allowing customers to give advice to each other is like adding tech support staff without paying for them. Of course, they aren't really your employees, and they might say bad about you as well as bad. That's why it's important to build loyalty in your community. Be involved yourself (and hire one of us!) |

This is a great idea that many business owners should consider. This lets your customers help each other so sometimes it can take the load off of you.
This will also get your customers more interested in the product or service you are offering because the customers have their own personal testimonials that don't seem fake. |

| I've seen a few business communities like this and it really does help them. Customers are able to help each other without going to you first and they can discuss the services/products you offer. It can also show you are loyal to your customers by being active and talking to them through it. |
