| Are any of you using adsense on your forums? I use adsense on my blog and have started making a good deal of money per month off the ads. I've seen adnsense on quite a few forums. If you use adsense do you make money off of it? |

Yes you do make money off of it, You just stated that you make a good deal of money every month, Thats what adsense does. (Is this what you're asking?)
I think forums make allot of money off of adsense also, Sometimes I click on one of those things by accident |

We're using adsense in our forums. TO make it real sucees you need to apply some SEO methods to your forum.
If possible add a .htaccess static URL hack.
Also try to include a few high paying keyword to your pages.
Another important factor is blend your ads to your forum background. Plaecemnet is also important. |

I signed up for adsense once, but then I couldn't actually make money through them as I have PO Box and don't get mail delivered to my house. At first I thought I had found a workaround in that you could have the money transferred directly to your bank account, but they still need to mail you your pin, and they can't mail that to a PO Box.
Well, that's my sad story. |

I've added adsense to my forum. It's only been running for a month, so I've only managed to drag in one dollar income off of it, but it's a dollar I wouldn't have had without it.
It can be a pretty good money maker for some people. I've heard about some making $5,000 a month or more off of it, but then on the flip side, there's people that make $5 a year.
A few things to make sure you have going for you are:
- Try just 1 ad on the header, and 1 more on the footer of each page.
- Make sure they blend with your site (content, style, colors, fonts, etc). Be careful though as Google will actually cancel your Adsense if they feel you are trying to match it to closely to where your members can't tell it's an ad.
- None of this is going to matter if you don't have any members. Making money and Adsense can be great, but don't lose your focus. Don't get discouraged if you are not making as much as you had hoped. You can but it takes lots of time, and dedication! |

I never get the clicks and surprisingly at once get few cents. How is it working for you all friends?? Can you provide some tips to me?? |

| I have found a few troubles with google adsense. They have a policy that is hard to ignore but at the same time I have found that it is absurd at times. They have closed a few of my partners accounts due to TOO much traffic. They couldn't account where the traffic was coming from because he was getting so much at once. I don't understand why they figure that everyone who gets a large amount of traffic has to be cheating. |

| I use Google Adsense quite a bit on both forums and websites... oh, and my blogs! It is, in my opinion, the easiest way to make residual income with little effort. Really, the more traffic you get, the more money you make, as long as your website is focussed on a niche that people (and advertisers!) are interested in. |

I use adsense on my website, but not on my forums. I find that using image banners are more eye-catching, and more likely to get hits.
I've been using it for a while, and between text banners and image banners, I will always recommend the image-only banners. |

I have been researching it just recently.
I am planning to implement it, however I am currently first looking into SEO techniques. I am also deciding on what niche to target before I even bother. I'll probably try a few niches that I have interest in and then implement it and see which is the most successful or if each of them is worth maintaining. There is a lot of information on SEO so ultimately the only thing you truly need to do is follow the advice available and find the niche that works best for you.
I really would love if I could make a couple blogs on topics I enjoy and make a good supplement income to my normal job, but I realize it'll take a fair bit of initial work to get it to produce good results. Supposedly some of these people I've read about make enough to live off of without needing a standard full time job. That'd be nice since then you could choose a career based on what you like without worry about pay.
Considering the ones I have found offer the information for free, I think they are at least somewhat legitimate, unlike those who charge for their information. |

| I use Adsense on my blogs and so far it is profitable. When I first started using it I didn't make much money at all. That was because I didn't do much to promote my blogs or bring in traffic. Once I started getting serious things changed. Now I spend a lot of time promoting my blog sites online and each day or week that I am dedicated I notice a huge jump in profits. |

| I have been using adsense for about a year with no success at all. I made only $18 for the whole year. I have now removed adsense from all my sites. I'm trying to earn money on my sites by selling ad space instead |

| I use AdSense on a couple of blogs and have set it up for clients in the past. It seems to take a lot of tweaking to really make it pay off more than just a few extra bucks every month. Which leads me to the next big thing regarding AdSense: getting more traffic to the site . . . |

How do you specify the image-only banners on an account? I have a website that alternates between both- and I LOVE the way it looks when the image banners come up- it looks so much more professional and is definitely eye-catching! |

| Currently I don't have any sort of website/forum using Google Adsense. I did use it some months ago and I managed to earn about 300$ in 2 months with a 150 users forum. |
