I'm starting to feel that I don't fit in the various online communities of which I've been a member for a long time. I recently tried to re-engage myself in them and I'm realizing that the reason I started to be less interested in them, while partially a function of being here instead, was also because I just don't seem to fit in at those places anymore.
I suppose I must have, at least for a while, in the past, but I just don't seem to know. I called one of these places, my online home. I have called it that for more than 3 years. I used to have my finger on the pulse of that place, knew when something happened, I felt changes in my bones. But now, it's a stranger to me or perhaps more accurately, I'm a stranger to it.
Now, I know I can't be the only place to have such places or communities. so how many places have you called your online home?
