| Is anyone here new to wine? By that, I mean have you recently taken to drinking wine over some other beverage such as beer? I'm researching an article on new wine drinkers and the difficulites they have when faced with selecting wine. Anyone have any stories on this topic? |

I don't drink, but the few times I have tried wine I found it sour beyond belief. I've been told that I should try a white, but the only differece I can see is color! I know it's rediculous, but something deep down believes that the white is just distilled to death and the red has some juice left because of the color differece. I suppose if I ever want to seriously start drinking wine I should try a taste or two of white... _________________ ~Fate's Lady, Trepan |

Hi, I am not new to wine but I prefer Red wine over white as it is more aromatic, tasty and looks good as well!. :P _________________ ~:: Lavanay Bhadwal ::~ |

I prefer the worst wine to the best beer, but you do get what you pay for. As long as you follow the ground rules (white with fish, red with meat, Chardonnay if both) selecting wines usually isn't too difficult. I'm newer to drinking wine than I am to choosing it. _________________ Sigma Chi was my first love, and it shall be my last. Isaac M. Jordan |
