I have a forum I'm trying to boost that is filled with new threads that have no reply. It would seem to me that the forum would best be boosted if I responded to these threads, instead of starting new ones. But, it says I need to have one new thread to every 7 posts. How strict is this rule and will I be denied payment for not having the right new thread/post ratio?

Wow, four days and still nobody knows the answer? This is a little unsettling,....it seems like an easy question that any regular member or admin should be able to answer.

Hello,
I really don't have any clue on the rules as I am not a forum booster yet. However I would assume that replying to some of the threads would be a good thing. This is forum booster, and just because the threads are made, does not mean that it is boosting the forum. I should think that adding quality posts to those threads would be a good thing, and any form of disciplinary action based upon actually helping boost the forum, would be pretty hypocritical. |

Stick by the 7:1 thread to post ratio, that's what you're asked to do. In your example, it would be wise to have more regular posts than threads.

My attention was brought to this forum. Leigh clearly stated that there exist strict rule regarding thread and ratio forum. One thread should have a corressponding 7 posts. I made corrections on my forum just today. And at least, it is being clear now.
