| I was wondering if you could make this a full time job, is there a way you could actually make a nice amount of money doing just this alone or is this something that you just do for extra change? I have alot of time on my hands and I would love to find something where I could actually use my time more wisely. |

Hi geezy,
That is a great question. I would also like to know (I am a newbie too).
From the feedback on the thread "How much have you made" it seems like most people are only putting in a few hours and making under $30/ week. We obviously are looking for more than that. Maybe that is possible maybe not.
I think it may be a question of whether or not $30 is all people are able to make a week or it is all they want to make a week. If $30 is all they can make I guess that is either because there is not enough workload available for them to do more work and make more money. OR, it takes too much time to make a decent amount of money. I do not know if either is the case.
But if the problem is not enough work available you may be able to supplement by working for several pay per post companies or by doing some other kind of online work.
I have been thinking about applying for a paid blogging job. I was wondering if anyone here has ever done paid blogging. Have you? And if so what are the disadvantages and advantages compared to paid forum posting? |

I think another idea might be to utilize a few jobs at once to gain the cash you are seeking.
So for instance if accepted into this program with ForumBooster - then try and find another offer similar to this and add to your work load ... etc. Until you have done the math and acquired the income you are seeking.
However my best advice it you're doing this would be to make sure you get organized. Make a folder in your bookmarks called "Paid to Post" or something like that.
Then add your bookmarks in that folder of companies that are paying you to post.
Break out a spreadsheet to calculate your earnings for each job ... etc. Or however your comfortable with that.
I'm not sure how much you're paid to work here at ForumBooster alone, but if it's not what you're looking for, take on other projects to supplement the income you desire. |

| Interesting idea. Except once forums have been boosted enough and bussiness is slow. |

This is my first attempt at paid forum posting, so I'm not sure I can be much help in whether or not this alone could generate enough income to quit your day job. However, I have my hands in quite a few different websites where I make around $500/month. It's not as much as a 'real' job, but it fits my lifestyle and is flexible enough that I never have to worry whether or not I can take time off for personal reasons and still come back to a job.
Thank God for my husband! |

| I think first one should do part time this work and should see how much one can get doing this posting work.Definately one will get 20$-30$/week if they work seriously. And after doing part time this work, slowly slowly take it towards full time if having free time.Than one will surely earn more. |

| I too would love to know if this can become a full time job even if it equals to minimum wage. This would be a very interesting and rewarding way to make a living. For anyone who enjoys discussing, learning, educating others or just having fun this seems like the place to be from what I have have seen. |

Hmm! Let see. You get paid 10 cents per post. And let assume one post takes you 2 minutes, taking into consideration the time loss in seeking thread to post and viewing at the reply postings. So in an hour you can do 30 posts which get translated to 3 dollars.
If you put in 3 hours per day, you will earn 9 dollars a day. Treating this as a job, a 20 workings day will earn you 180 dollars which I think will be quite a decent earnings as you are only putting in 3 hours daily.
I will definitely go for it. |

I don't know where you live, but $9 a day is sucky pay in my corner of the world, considering my son earns $9.75 an hour at the call centre. I can't see this making enough money to support someone but I use it for my fun money--I use Paypal for shopping on eBay, and I have been known to transfer money to my bank account. _________________ I have a mind like a steel...thingmabob...you know...doohickey. |

No you can't live from it, I just use it to buy domains. _________________ Forum Booster for life.

I do that too, all my online earnings are for Ebay shopping! Minimum wage here is 8€, which is around 12$ for 23 year+
I don't think you can make this a fulltime job, but earning some money by doing what you already do anyways is a nice way to make a little extra each month. |

I use my money from here to help pay off my credit card! Once that's done, then I get to use the money to play with. |

It is better as a part time job because think of it this way.
There are seven days in a week.
Let's say they are paying you $0.15 per post and you make 10 posts daily.
$0.15 x 10 = $1.50 a day.
$1.50 x 7 = $10.50 a week.
$10.50 x 4 = $42 a month.
And last but not least, $42 x 12 = $504.
Although that is still quite the amount of money just for posting on forums, it isn't enough to support yourself. |

I don't believe that money earned from Paid to post forums can ever give anyone a fulltime decent wage. BUT they are great to do and added to other writing jobs a living can be made.
It would not be advisable to give up any paying job until you have a few 'writing' eggs in your basket.
Plus, once you start totally relying on your writing to pay the bills it can take some of the fun out of it as there is more pressure and stress..... |

Another curious fellow here. I have had my websites up for a while now, with google ads, affiliate programs of all kinds and other "money making gadgets" but the never even produced pocket change. I think those of us that had a dream of making a few dollars online got shadowed by big company looking for big profit or by lucky guys like the guy that created myspace.
Granted you don't need to be a rocket scientist online to make money but somehow the dream also scaped me. _________________ If you think your life is complete confusion cause you never have it made...just remember...thats a Grand Illusion, cause deep inside we're all the same.--Styx |

I have searched high and low on the internet and have not found any job, that is flexible in hours, and that pays more than $3 an hour on average. Unless, of course, you own a business. Then you could make more. Everything I've tried though has not been a "get rich quick" job, but instead a " peck away at it and earn a little cash" job!
I've been a stay at home mom for 4 years and last year tried to return to the workforce--outside the home, and lets just say it didn't work--kids are sick all the time and forget getting to work on time! Not to mention after paying for gas and daycare there wasn't much left of my paycheck. So I quit my job and now have decided that we really need the extra income and with all my little "peck away" jobs I'm bringing in about the same as I did working outside the home--with the bonus of my kids are right here with me and if I want to take them to the zoo, take my daughter to ballet, or just go for a walk on a nice day with my kids---I CAN!
My theory is, you may not be making minimum wage working online jobs from home, but working in the B&M world you don't have the same kind of benefits, such as working in your pajamas!
On the other hand there are jobs out there where you can make more working from home, but the catch is you usually need some sort of schooling for those jobs. Right now I am studying to become a scopist (they edit and prepare court transcripts for court reporters) and granted I am paying for the schooling and will have to pay for the software I'll need to do the work, but I think it will all be worth it in the end. |
